- Agriculture Extension Services: Farm setup support, nursery manpower, greenhouse operations, harvest and post-harvest teams, and agriculture project coordination.
- Temporary Workforce Supply: Manpower for temporary and long-term contract requirements across various sectors, including helpers, operators, warehouse teams, hospitality staff, and construction support. Permanent hiring solutions are also available.
- Commercial & Residential Cleaning Services: AMCs and project-based cleaning for residential buildings, offices, hotels, schools, hospitals, warehouses, and industrial premises across the UAE.
All services are provided subject to applicable UAE regulations, permitted activities, site requirements, and contractual scope.
3. Service Requests and Quotes
- All service requests must be submitted through our contact form, email, or phone.
- Quotes are provided based on the specific requirements shared by the client, including worker category, number of workers, duration, location, working hours, transportation, accommodation, supervision, and scope.
- Quotes are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on project scope adjustments.
- We do not publish generic rate cards—each requirement is reviewed individually to provide a transparent, structured proposal.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their requirements.
- Clients must ensure that site conditions, safety protocols, and operational procedures are communicated to our teams before deployment.
- Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals, or licenses required for the services being requested.
- Clients must provide safe working conditions and comply with all applicable UAE labor and safety regulations.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is determined based on the scope of work, worker category, number of workers, duration, location, and other operational factors.
- Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or proposal.
- Invoices are issued according to the agreed schedule and must be paid within the specified payment terms.
- Late payments may incur interest or additional charges as per the agreed terms.
6. Worker Deployment and Supervision
- Workers are deployed based on the client's requirements and site conditions.
- Our coordination model includes attendance monitoring, productivity support, and direct communication with the client's facility or operations contact throughout the engagement.
- Workers are briefed on site requirements before deployment, with hygiene awareness, safe tool handling, and relevant SOP orientation included as standard.
- We do not deploy teams and disengage—coordination is a core part of our service model.
7. Compliance and Regulations
- All services are provided subject to applicable UAE regulations, permitted activities, site requirements, and contractual scope.
- We operate responsibly and advise clients on scope boundaries where relevant.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that the requested services comply with their industry-specific regulations and standards.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nexora Solution Hub or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Nexora Solution Hub provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexora Solution Hub, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
- Upon termination, all provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
